A picture started forming in my mind:
I’m the bank teller, wearing a Heaven and Earth Bank badge, sitting at the counter and calling numbers.
I ask the visitor’s purpose—is it to burn items for a loved one, friend, or pet in the afterlife? Or do they want to deposit something, for themselves or for someone else?
I then ask for the visitor’s basic information, complete a form, and hand it to them to draw or list what they wish to burn or deposit.
If there are many items, they can also write them down. Then, I print a receipt in real-time—representing proof that the items have been ‘sent’ across.
